Organized by the Fondazione Terre Medicee and the Municipality of Seravezza, the event was created to promote quality olive oil and typical products of the Versilia area, in a combination of tradition, excellence and innovation.

After the great success of the 2023 edition, Enolia 2025 returns with an even richer and more engaging program. An authentic village festival dedicated to lovers of oil, wine and good food, with the participation of excellent producers, VIP guests and a vibrant atmosphere of conviviality.
