Terms and Conditions

  • When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation
    or fax confirmation that you will show when you check-in at Residenza d'Epoca Hotel Club I Pini.
  • Please note that your card will NOT be charged before your stay
    (just a check of the validity of the card will be performed).
  • Check-in : everytime.
  • Check-out : within 11:00 am
  • The room cost includes:
    Breakfast buffet, taxes and services included.
  • The room cost excludes:
    • Restaurant: lunch only in July, 25 EURO each person,
      dinner everyday 25 EURO each person (all included)
    • Private first class beach: price 15 EURO for two person in high season (July and August) inclused umbrella, two chairs and two beds. 10 EURO for two person in the other periods.
    • Free beach with shower, dressing-room, umbrella ( YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • From the moment of your reservation (even the day after)
  • If the guest fails to arrive you don't pay nothing if you communicate the failure
    until 11 days before your arrive.
  • If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive
    between 6-10 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of the
    entire ammount will be applied.
  • If the guest communicates the failure to arrive between 5-0 days before
    the staying, the cancellation fee will be 80% of the entire ammount.
  • If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance via fax
    or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, 100% of the entire ammount will be applied.
  • If the guest arrives but doesn't want to remain in the hotel, the 100% of the entire stay will be applied.
    (The penality refers just to the cost of the overnight stay.)
 
 

Dear Customer, please read with attention, the following informations, they are integral part of your booking:

In case of advance departure on the reserved period, the hotel will count the price of only room for the difference of the reseeved days and not facts.
In annulment case of the booking the hotel doesn't return the deposit, will be yet possible, except availability of the hotel, makes use of the versed deposit, in other period (preferably within the season same) for a stay of the same days of the your preceding booking. It's faculty of the direction ask the total join of the Bill advance to the your arrival in hotel; or to demand weekly advances.
Your hotel booking is regulated completely that here not expressly giver-on from the "C.C.I.A.A. decret n.364 of the 11.7.76" of the province of Lucca in the sector "Uses in the hotel sector".
