In front of you is an arch and a shrine to the Madonna in the wall. Turn left here (sign says Buchignano). Wind your way up the hill, giving a hoot on the corners to warn people you are coming (road is narrow). You then get to a Y fork in the road with a wooden signpost that marks PERALTA to the left. Take this left fork, continue winding your way through the lovely woods and you soon see another sign, blue this time, which marks PERALLA (the local spelling of Peralta). The road swings round to the right and you continue. You soon get near a stone house, on the left there is a way with the indication of "Prato di Sopra". You have to follow this way until the small medieval village of Prato di Sopra Continue following this way and after the village turn right on the slope, then go on the private street of the house.
