rent is furnished throughout with antiques and has a pool which is directly accessible from the
house. A large dining table is poolside too for easy outdoor dining.
From this luxury villa one has a beautiful view over the valley Versilia Camaiore and seaside area around Lucca, the olive
groves, and the vineyards.

swimming-pool in a way that is in perfect harmony with the prestige of the
Villa. The ancient city of Lucca is not only beautiful, but is also just 20 minute away from the famous beach resorts
of Versilia, Viareggio, Torre del Lago and Forte dei
Marmi.

Villa Salvini is on the hinterland of Versilia, near of Camaiore. Villae of la Pieve - Locality Prato di Sopra.
From the Autostrada A12 (Livorno/Genoa), take the exit VIAREGGIO & CAMAIORE.
(If you are coming from Pisa Airport, take care to get on Autostrada (green signs) in the direction of GENOA/VIAREGGIO and not LIVORNO. Having left the autostrada, follow the signs to CAMAIORE. When you arrive at the town, do not take the left hand fork for town centre but continue on the main road, which bears right, heading for LUCCA. You are now bypassing CAMAIORE and you can see the town on your left.
Once past the town, you find yourself on a tree-lined road and you quickly come to a very small turning on the left with a very small sign marked PIEVE take this turning and bear left immediately. (There is a more noticable blue sign for Marignana on the right opposite this turning).
Follow this road and you come to a cemetery (on your left). The road goes to the right, uphill, and then swings round to the left. There is a church above you on the right. Having swung round to the left, you immediately turn to the right, (there is a wooden sign for Peralta and you find yourself in a large area with the church on the right hand side. In front of you is an arch and a shrine to the Madonna in the wall. Turn left here (sign says Buchignano). Wind your way up the hill, giving a hoot on the corners to warn people you are coming (road is narrow). You then get to a Y fork in the road with a wooden signpost that marks PERALTA to the left. Take this left fork, continue winding your way through the lovely woods and you soon see another sign, blue this time, which marks PERALLA (the local spelling of Peralta). The road swings round to the right and you continue. You soon get near a stone house, on the left there is a way with the indication of "Prato di Sopra". You have to follow this way until the small medieval village of Prato di Sopra Continue following this way and after the village turn right on the slope, then go on the private street of the house.
