Chef's Loretta Degl'Innocenti, chef of Villa
Chini (hotel Residenza D'epoca i Pini), has been a professional cook since
she was jung, in different restaurant of the Versilia region where she was
born. A well known representer of the traditional cuisine, her recipes
rediscover the tastes of the folk cuisine. The first German tv net (ARD)
had shown her classes several times in the year 2000 -2001-2002-2004 and
may 2005 programs. .
