The Apartments in stiava masarosa Versilia coast is next to the villa of the great composer Giacomo Puccini 6 km far . It's also well located at 6 km from the beach (private and public beach with beach umbrellas, deck chairs, pool and shower)and the famous promenade with all sorts of shops and services, including restaurants, bar, cinemas, nightclubs and discos. At 10 minutes minute by taxi ,bus or car distance from the Viareggio railway station. Viareggio is a town of 60.000 inhabitants in Versilia coast; It's the European capital of the mega yacht shipyards. Close to Viareggio there are many Tuscan cities of art, like Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the "marble town" Carrara. Luckily, Versilia has got both sea and high mountains, so in summer sandy beaches are available and in winter there are the Apuane Alps, the protected park of San Rossore, and city events such as a Carnival with the bigger Italian artistic floats.

You will easily find all services very close to the apartment such as: chemist's shops, banks, post offices, supermarkets, grocery stores, etc. Nearby there is "Torre del Lago" Puccini, with its charming lake and the other villa where Giacomo Puccini lived. From Viareggio you have also easy access to the natural parks of the "Garfagnana" and to the walled city of Lucca.
